2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used solely for authentication. Study progress is stored to sync your learning across devices. Location data is used only to display relevant elected officials. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for any reason. Your data exists only to make the Service work for you.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Neon PostgreSQL for database storage and Auth.js for authentication. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement security headers including CSP, HSTS, and X-Frame-Options.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to anyone. Period. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify individual users. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. These are necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the user experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics using browser extensions.

You have the right to:
